We are highly committed to your privacy; our AI and services are self-hosted, and we do not sell or share your personal data with third parties.
2. Information We Collect
Website (xdera.net): You can browse our website anonymously. We do not use tracking tools like Google Analytics. We only use Google Search Console to monitor overall search performance, which does not track individual user activity on our site.
Alize Application: When you use Alize, we collect the following data to provide and improve your experience:
- Account Information: Name, email address, and profile picture provided via Google Login.
- App Activity & Statistics: Interaction data with the Interactive Live2D character, daily streaks, total messages sent, and call durations.
- Productivity & Personal Data: Content and schedules you create using in-app features such as alarms, reminders, memos, and mantras (affirmations).
- Chat History: Your text conversations with the AI are saved on our servers to enable cloud syncing and to optimize your conversation preferences.
- Device Permissions (Microphone, Camera, and Files): To provide advanced AI features, Alize requests access to your microphone, camera, and local files/images. This data is processed by the AI and saved locally on your device for your history. We do not track, collect, or store your voice recordings, camera feeds, or personal photos on our servers. The app also utilizes Text-to-Speech (TTS) to generate audio responses.
- Payment Information: If you make purchases within the app, payments are processed securely via the PayPal API. We do not collect or store sensitive financial data (such as your full credit card number) on our servers.
- TTS API (Invite-Only): For users granted access to our exclusive TTS API, we collect necessary authentication details (such as email and API keys). The text inputs submitted to the API are processed solely to generate speech. We do not save, log, or monitor the text submitted. We only keep basic operational logs (such as connection success/failure and error logs) to maintain service stability.
- No Device Tracking: We do not collect device hardware information, operating system versions, or crash logs. Outside of the application, we do not track any of your data.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information strictly for your benefit, including:
- Providing and maintaining the Alize app, the XDERA website, and the TTS API services.
- Processing in-app purchases and managing your premium status securely.
- Enabling cloud synchronization so you can access your data (chats, memos, reminders) across devices.
- Personalizing and optimizing the AI's conversation preferences based on your chat history.
- Ensuring safe usage by applying standard industry restrictions to prevent the AI from generating illegal or adult content.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We value your privacy. All AI processing is done on our own servers. We do not share, sell, or rent your personal data, chat logs, productivity data, or statistics to any third parties. The only exception is our payment processor (PayPal), which securely handles your transaction data when you make an in-app purchase.

Your data is protected using industry-standard security measures and encryption to ensure it remains private and secure on our servers.
6. User Rights & Data Deletion
You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data (including chat history, memos, reminders, and statistics) directly within the Alize application. Please note that this feature is only available on the latest version of the app. If you are using an older version, you will be prompted to update the app before you can access the account deletion feature.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you stop using the app but do not delete your account, your data will remain securely on our servers. However, our administrative team conducts periodic database cleanups. During these cleanups, data belonging to accounts that have been inactive for a period of between 2 months up to a maximum of 1 year will be permanently deleted without prior notice.
8. Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Furthermore, our AI is equipped with standard safety restrictions to prevent the discussion or generation of illegal and adult content.
